June 29/30 - Travel Adventure
Our Sunday, 10:51 a.m. flight from Omaha was delayed because the aircraft was late. Ate "lunch" in Omaha and carried rest of food to eat on the plane. Made it to Chicago with 1/2 hour to spare. Flight from Chicago to Munich was on time, yapping dog notwithstanding - oh, and the screaming baby. At least they put the dog in the crew restroom. Flight from Munich to Vienna was delayed an hour because of bad weather in Vienna. Couldn't find our pre-arranged taxi driver in Vienna because they changed our flight number without warning. Didn't have a phone number to call, so we picked a taxi service kiosk at random--and found the sign with Mike's name on it lying on their counter! Alles gut, except for Mr. Toad's Wild Ride to the hotel.
